L'AGENCE is seeking a Senior Designer for Dresses & Soft Wovens in Los Angeles. You will design and execute monthly collections, ensuring brand alignment, productionability and commercial impact. Strong taste level, product excellence, and organization are essential to move concepts from concept to production hand-off.

The role demands leadership across development, collaboration with R&D and PD teams, and staying ahead of trends to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a designer capacity, with strength in Women’s Soft Wovens (dresses and tops).
• Solid knowledge of execution process and quality standards comparable to luxury brands.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required; PLM experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction: design and execute cohesive monthly collections across Dresses and Soft Wovens with elevated taste, fabric, fit and color.
• Research & Concept: source fabric inspiration and align designs with brand aesthetic and customer profile.
• Technical Hand-off: create Design Cards with sketches, technical details, BOM and references for factory execution.
• Fit & Quality: participate in fit sessions, communicate revisions, review prototypes and sms to resolve issues.
• Process Oversight: work with VP of Design to define style direction and ensure calendar adherence.
• Development Partnership: collaborate with R&D, PD, and Technical Design through mock-ups to final fit comments.
• Market Insight: monitor trends and competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
• Operational Excellence: manage multiple tasks with urgency and creative problem-solving.
