Requires 5+ years in design, luxury execution standards, and proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop; PLM is a plus. This in-office role demands strong organization and collaboration across design, R&D, and PD teams.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in a designer role with Women’s Soft Wovens experience.
• Luxury/designer brand execution standards knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop; PLM a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Creative Direction: Design and execute cohesive monthly collections for Dresses and Soft Wovens.
• Research & Concept: Source fabric and approach brand-aligned designs.
• Technical Hand-off: Create design cards with sketches, BOM, references.
• Fit & Quality: Attend fit sessions; communicate revisions; review samples.
• Process Oversight: Collaborate with VP of Design on style direction and hand-offs.
• Development Partnership: Work with R&D, PD, and Technical Design teams.
• Market Insight: Stay current on trends and competitive landscape.
• Operational Excellence: Manage multiple tasks with urgency and creativity.
• Collaboration and Business Acumen:Partner across teams to drive collections.
