Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited program.
• 8-10+ years of professional architectural experience focused on custom residential design.
• Professional license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• Experience producing design and construction documentation across all project phases.
• Strong understanding of residential architecture, wood-frame construction and codes.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of custom residential project development from permitting through construction administration.
• Develop thoughtful design solutions and technical documentation carrying design intent through phases.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Coordinate project schedules, consultants and documentation to support project execution.
• Develop schematic designs, presentation materials and material selections that meet design vision and code requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture with design reviews.
