Job summary

Archinect is seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our Commercial Interiors studio in Boston. You will lead design development and project management across all phases, from schematic design to construction administration. Ideal candidates have 6-10 years of architecture experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience at an architecture or interior design firm.
• Demonstrated experience producing quality CD packages and DOB permit sets.
• Working knowledge of Boston building codes and ADA requirements.
• Active pursuit of architectural licensure (ARE) or NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Experience across a range of project types, including high-end commercial and workplace interiors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews across all project phases.
• Manage consultants’ drawings and schedules during project phases.
• Produce drawing sets and 3D models in Revit.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulatory standards.
• Mentor junior staff and manage multiple tasks and schedules.
