Eleven Peppers is hiring for an exciting contract inMcLean,VA. Government clearance is REQUIRED along with at least five years of related experience.

The Fun Stuff

Collaborating with teammates to create powerful, polished products.

Working with senior-level customers to elicit needed direction, preferences, and timelines for successful graphics production.

Developing brands and style guides from scratch.

Designing various visual communications products including presentations, brochures, promotional materials, posters, banners, websites, etc.

The Necessities

You have a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field and 5+ years of experience (4 additional years of relevant design work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree).

You have an awesome portfolio or link you can share that showcases design experience.

You are fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite tools, primarily InDesign and Illustrator.

You have a keen sense of typography, layout,and color with a hunger for innovation.

Yourdesign eye is so refined that you can adapt your style to any challenge that is thrown at you.

Your ability to design for multiple platforms, including print and web, is second nature.

You can confidently make and implement design and branding recommendations.

You are a strong communicator with the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism, as well as the ability to articulate design concepts directly to clients.

You know how to hit deadlines and get the job done.

Salary Details

Salary range provided during the selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
