Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking a Senior Designer to craft brand identities, websites, campaigns, and launch moments for ambitious tech startups. This senior, hands-on role demands exceptional craft, strong conceptual thinking, and ownership from early exploration through final delivery.

You'll work across brand identities, websites, campaigns, and launch moments — collaborating with leadership, strategists, and other designers while owning significant portions of the creative process yourself.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a designer in branding, design, or creative agency.
• Exceptional design craft with strong typography and visual systems.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ownership from idea to delivery.
• Ability to present work clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Comfort collaborating with leadership, strategists, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design across brand identity, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch experiences.
• Develop distinctive creative directions from exploration to fully realized systems.
• Take ownership of projects from concept through delivery and manage progress.
• Present work to founders and senior stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, strategists, developers, and other designers.
• Raise the quality bar and contribute new references and ideas.
