Job summary

Nen Creative in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Designer to create exceptional brand and digital work for ambitious tech startups. This senior, hands‑on role requires craft, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to take meaningful ownership from early exploration through final delivery.

You’ll work across brand identities, websites, campaigns, and launch moments—developing ideas, building visual systems, and pushing the work beyond the obvious.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of design experience in branding, design, or creative agency.
• Exceptional craft and strong taste with portfolio.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to own projects.
• High ownership, reliability, and ability to work outside 9–5.
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to move from thinking to making and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Design across brand identities, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch moments.
• Develop distinctive creative directions from early exploration through systems.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery and manage details.
• Present work clearly to founders and senior stakeholders and respond to feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership, strategists, developers, and other designers to strengthen work.
• Contribute new references, ideas, techniques, and perspectives to the team.
