Job summary

500° is seeking a Sr Designer to lead the development and design of merchandising, marketing, and promotional communications for top clients. You will collaborate with the creative team to ensure work aligns with client objectives and strategic direction.

You will design across print and digital, maintain brand consistency, and mentor junior designers while thriving in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience
• Portfolio across print and digital
• Mastery of typography, color, shape, and design
• Experience with Adobe CS including After Effects
• Experience creating presentations (Keynote preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas, concepts, campaigns and insights to drive consumer response
• Create visually appealing design concepts for print, digital, social, websites and emails
• Work from client briefs and independently problem-solve beyond them
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines
• Apply typography, color, shape, layout and motion design techniques
• Manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Collaborate with internal creative team and cross-functional groups
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative environment
