The role

This is a multidisciplinary creative talent who thrives at the intersection of brand, digital, and motion design. As a Senior Brand Designer, you'll be a key individual contributor: leading ideation through execution, hands-on, across every touchpoint where someone encounters Suki. You'll work on projects from concept to delivery and partner closely with marketing leadership, product design, and product management.

• Partner with product design to keep the experience consistent from first impression through in-product
• Stay current on design, digital, and motion trends, and bring fresh perspective into the work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment
• A strong portfolio showing expertise in branding, digital, and motion design, with deep command of typography, color theory, composition, and storytelling
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Highly self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for hands-on creative work and a desire to continually push and refine your craft
• Nice to have: experience in healthcare, health tech, or another regulated space.

This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
