Mars Men is seeking a Senior Designer to elevate the brand across websites, campaigns, product launches, and retail. You will move from concept to final production, collaborating with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, and Partnerships teams.

The role requires 5+ years of brand and digital design, a standout portfolio, and mastery of typography, layout, and brand systems, plus proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. This is a remote position with strong ownership and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary roles.
• Strong portfolio across brand identity, websites, and campaigns.
• Experience with UX and ecommerce design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design across Mars Men brand ecosystem including websites, campaigns, and product launches.
• Translate brand strategy into distinctive visual work.
• Collaborate with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, and Partnerships teams.
• Balance storytelling with commercial objectives.
• Manage multiple projects with high craft and attention to detail.
