Job summary

Mars Men is seeking a Senior Designer to shape and elevate the brand across websites, campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing. You will work with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, and Partnerships to move ideas from concept to execution with a high level of craft and brand sensibility.

The role calls for 5+ years of design experience in consumer or creative brands, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a strong, versatile portfolio showcasing brand identity and digital

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design.
• Exceptional portfolio spanning brand identity, web, campaigns, and digital experiences.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and brand systems.

Responsibilities

• Design across the Mars Men brand ecosystem including websites, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, retail, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
• Translate brand strategy and concepts into distinctive, polished visual work.
• Evolve and strengthen visual identity, systems, and creative standards as the company scales.
• Concept and execute creative for major campaigns from ideation to final production.
• Collaborate with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, Partnerships, and external partners to bring ideas to life.
• Balance brand storytelling with commercial objectives to deliver visually exceptional and effective work.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain a high standard of craft and execution.
