As a Senior Digital Designer at Chemistry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital products. You will lead the design process, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver compelling and user‑centric designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision for digital projects, ensuring a cohesive and visually compelling user experience across various platforms.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and marketers, to translate project requirements into engaging digital designs.
• Ideate and conceptualize design solutions that align with project goals and user needs, providing creative direction and guidance to junior designers.
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Ensure the digital designs align with the overall brand strategy and maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools, incorporating innovative practices into the design process.
• Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the final deliverables meet the highest standards of design excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful digital projects.
• Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. Knowledge of prototyping tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with web development technologies and constraints, understanding how design decisions impact development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Formal education or training in graphic design, digital design, or related fields is preferred.
