Job summary

Clutch Creative is seeking a Senior Designer/Art Director for a pharma agency client. This remote role (ET) demands hands-on execution, heavy Figma proficiency, and leadership of a design team to deliver brand-aligned digital assets.

You must have pharma/HCP agency experience, strong design systems knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Immediate start preferred.

Role: Senior Designer/Art Director - HCP Pharma. Location: Remote (ET). Rate: $50-60/hr (w2) DOE.

MUST HAVE PHARMA AGENCY EXPERIENCE!!

HEAVY FIGMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to brand standards in terms of typography, color, and overall aesthetic.
• Develop designs for digital assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their client's needs.

Requirements

• Strong design and team management skills required.
• Experience with design systems.
• Heavy digital experience across websites, digital banners, and video.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical (HCP) marketing or advertising agency required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, required!
• Must be hands-on, executionally.
• Bachelors in design, marketing, or advertising required.
• A strong understanding of regulatory compliance required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Relevant portfolio site required with pharmaceutical samples to share.
• Must be available to start immediately!
