Job summary

Job description

Job Summary

The Sr. Graphic Designer role develops creative and effective design solutions, at an advanced level, for customer materials through both print and digital media. The role also serves as a design team leader.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant graphic design industry experience.
  • Advanced design knowledge and application with exceptional visual troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to storyboard and compose visual ideas within the creative process.
  • Strong conceptual creative and production skills with a solid understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, and typography.
  • Proven experience creating campaigns and extending look and feel across marketing materials.
  • Ability to complete tasks within tight schedules and strict layout controls.
  • Strong verbal communication, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Proficiency in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint).
  • Web design experience is a plus.
  • Experience in an agency and/or corporate environment preferred.
  • Motivated, organized, flexible, and works well in a small team.
Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and produce online and offline collateral for marketing and sales, including campaigns, direct mail, brochures, print and banner ads, product sheets, PowerPoint presentations and more.
  • Work closely with clients and/or project management teams to understand business needs.
  • Formulate forward‑thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns, elevating the client brand.
  • Design and produce diverse graphic, print, and digital media collateral to support client needs.
  • Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns and identify innovative design solutions that push brand boundaries.
  • Understand design deliverable constraints and manage client expectations through education about limitations.
  • Ensure all work is visually appealing, meets specifications, and stays within brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Lead the execution of client creative requests and projects, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh approaches.
  • Provide training and guidance to graphic designers on design methods and techniques.
  • Assume responsibility and lead complex creative design projects.
Compensation

Per state requirements, this posting reflects the salary range for this position for the following: NewYork‑based individuals:$70,000Minimum, $75,000Maximum per annum. Compensation varies depending on job‑related factors such as experience, responsibilities, and business needs. For all other states, please inquire with the Tag Talent Acquisition Team.
