- Competitor & Trend Benchmarking: Continuously monitor market trends, print directions, and pricing strategies across key category peers in the Contemporary, Missy and Moderate markets.
- Design Execution & Documentation: Own and maintain design documentation across all development stages, including flat sketches, detailed tech packs, style boards, and seasonal records, with impeccable precision.

- AI & Innovation: Leverage AI tools and emerging digital platforms to streamline design workflows, accelerate print exploration, and enhance team productivity.
- Print & Color Direction: Drive seasonal print selection, pitch sheet creation, and custom print development, balancing commercial appeal with fresh color storytelling.
- Technical Precision & Fittings: Partner closely with Technical Design and Overseas Sourcing during fittings to ensure consistent fit across Missy, Petite, and Plus lines while maintaining yield optimization.
What We're Looking For

- Competitor Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Better and Moderate dress landscape.
- Elevated Eye & Technical Mastery: An elevated taste level for print, color, and proportion paired with expert-level knowledge of garment construction, spec development, and technical packs.
- Software & Systems: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop for apparel design. Proficiency or strong familiarity with Airtable.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: Enthusiasm for adopting AI tools and process improvements to drive efficiency.
