Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Verification Engineer for the Leo team to define and implement digital chip SOC verifications for satellite communications. You will shape modems, high-speed interfaces, embedded processors and DSP solutions in the latest CMOS tech, collaborating with wireless system teams.

You will build automated test benches, develop test plans, run regressions, and report coverage and progress while using UVM, SystemC and DPI-C in pre- and post-silicon environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of UVM, C, SystemC, and scripting experience.
• 7+ years in verification, preferably in communication systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement a state of the art verification environment for IP, subsystem and SOC to test DUT against reference models.
• Develop detailed test plans, write tests, run regressions, collect coverage and report progress.
• Understand and debug system level communication scenarios on pre/post silicon environments.
• Collaborate with design and comms teams; perform system level verification using UVM, SystemC and DPI-C.
• Develop a highly automated environment to triage regression fails and report issues to stakeholders.
