Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. Satellite Design Verification Engineer to define and verify high‑speed digital chip SOCs for LEO satellite communications, including modems, interfaces, embedded processors, and DSPs.

You will implement automated verification environments, develop test plans, run regressions, collect coverage, and debug system‑level scenarios across pre‑ and post‑silicon platforms using UVM, SystemC and DPI‑C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering or related field.
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical / Communications Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in digital verification or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement a state of the art verification environment for IP, subsystem and SOC.
• Develop test plans, write tests, run regressions, and report progress.
• Debug system level communication scenarios on pre silicon and post silicon environments.
• Work with design and communication systems teams using UVM, SystemC and DPI-C.
• Develop highly automated environment to triage regression failures and report issues.
