Great Minds is seeking a Senior Design and Template Specialist to bridge visual design, design systems, and CMS-driven publishing. You’ll translate creative direction into scalable templates, components, and production-ready experiences across print and digital.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advance accessible design solutions, and help evolve our CMS workflows and component-based approaches, supporting consistency and quality at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience spanning both design and technical implementation.
• Portfolio demonstrating ability to translate design systems into reusable templates and components.
• Experience with CMS-based digital workflows and responsive design.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative direction into scalable templates, components, styles, and documentation across print and digital.
• Develop templates and production systems in Figma, InDesign, PowerPoint, and CMS environments.
• Maintain alignment of print and digital brand expressions and accessibility standards.
• Bridge print design and template workflows with CMS-driven publishing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production-ready, reusable solutions.
