• Ability to translate business needs into engineering outcomes through influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams responsible for Expedia Group’s design system across web, iOS, and Android.
• Define and execute the technical strategy for reusable design-system capabilities.
• Guide architecture, API design, data modeling, and integration patterns.
• Partner with product, design, accessibility, and engineering stakeholders to set priorities.
• Establish engineering practices for reliability, quality, security, observability, and automation.
• Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions into products.
