Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Senior Product Designer to build the design foundation of our core platform across web, desktop, and mobile, including token architecture and a scalable design system. You will drive craft, define system standards, mentor designers, and partner with PMs and engineers to deliver consistent, data‑dense experiences in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in fintech/trading/banking or regulated finance environments.
• Track record of moving metrics through design decisions with clear reasoning.
• Experience building or contributing to a design system with tokens and component architecture.
• High bar for visual craft in data-dense interfaces and complex dashboards.
• Systems thinking applied to design at scale and long-term impact.
• Strong feedback and mentoring instincts to uplift the design team.

Responsibilities

• Own design execution across core platform (web, desktop, mobile) from discovery to handoff.
• Set high craft standards: precise visuals, complete interaction states, clear information hierarchy, thoughtful motion.
• Build and maintain design system foundations: token layer, components, guidelines, coherence as platform scales.
• Partner with engineering on implementation quality and customer-facing presentation.
• Establish navigational conventions and design standards for vertical product teams.
• Produce documentation so other designers can build on your decisions independently.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to define scope under ambiguity.
• Mentor other designers on craft, systems thinking, and technical execution.
