Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years leading design systems.
• Deep understanding of design-to-code implementation and cross-platform consistency.
• Excited about building and maintaining a permanent design system.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing design assets and build a scalable component library in Figma.
• Own prioritization, roadmapping, and stakeholder communication for the design system.
• Provide guidance to designers and ensure consistent application of design principles.
