Job summary

Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers is seeking a Survey Manager to lead the design survey team, coordinating vendors and ensuring data meets design schedules and quality standards.

The role spans on-site management, LiDAR and traditional surveying methods, and collaboration with the Design Build group to support North America projects. Travel up to 50% is required and excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active surveying licensure preferred but not required; strong background in design and construction survey.
• 10+ years combined experience in design and construction survey.
• Experience with LiDAR (Terrestrial, Mobile, Aerial) and data collection workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review client RFPs to identify survey needs and deliverables.
• Prepare RFP packets for third-party survey vendors with clear deadlines.
• Evaluate vendor responses and advise project team on skills, cost, and licensing.
