Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers seeks a Senior Survey Manager to lead design survey coordination, manage vendors, and ensure data quality for design-build projects. The role requires leadership, travel up to 50%, and expertise in LiDAR, drone surveying, and state plane coordinates.

Competenze

Active Professional Land Surveyor license or LSIT certification preferred but not required.
10+ years combined experience in design and construction surveying.
5+ years LiDAR exposure with various collection methods.
Travel up to 50% of the time.
Strong knowledge of State Plane coordinate systems.
Office and field surveying background.
Experience with Trimble/ Bentley/ Autodesk software at intermediate level.
Understanding of drone surveying applications.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.

Mansioni

Review RFP documents to identify estimating and design survey needs.
Prepare RFP packets for third-party survey vendors with clear deliverables.
Evaluate proposals and advise project team on skills, cost, availability, licensing.
Create Master Service Agreements and Task Orders with stakeholders.
Act as onsite liaison to third-party vendors and enforce safety procedures.
Coordinate with Existing Conditions Team and ensure data QC and timeliness.
Review design survey requests with vendors to meet schedules.
