Alten Technology USA is seeking a Design & Release Engineer (DRE) for Interior Cockpit to lead cockpit components development, validation, and integration for Client vehicles. You will ensure that target performance, FMVSS requirements, and integration with IP carriers, trims, glove boxes, and related components are achieved through APQP documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive Cockpit System engineering.
• Experience in FMVSS/IIHS validation, interior trim design or related areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Cockpit components development, validation and integration (IP carrier, bins, glove box, finish trim).
• Ensure compliance with FMVSS, safety validation, and regulatory objectives across lifecycle.
• Drive APQP processes, PPAP documentation, and supplier/internals reviews.
