Job summary

Flow is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of Flow developments, guiding projects through Concept to Handover. You will coordinate architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams, while managing consultants, contractors, and schedules to protect brand and budget.

You will mentor project managers, govern change, and drive risk mitigation across ground-up, conversions, and tenant improvements, ensuring documentation and handover

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related built-environment discipline.
• PMI/PRINCE2/RICS certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery on mid-to large-scale real estate developments.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle from Concept through Handover.
• Own project scope, schedule and budget baselines; monitor and forecast against them.
• Lead cross-discipline coordination across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams.
• Establish and govern the project delivery cadence with milestones and reviews.
• Manage consultants and contractors; ensure brand and technical compliance.
• Govern change and variation with documented approvals and cost alignment.
• Identify risks early; maintain risk register and mitigation plans.
• Oversee RFI/submittal cycles and version-controlled documentation.
• Report project health on cost, schedule, risk and quality to Head of Design Management.
• Coordinate seamless handover with as-built and FM documentation.
• Mentor Project Managers and raise delivery discipline across the team.
• Support feasibility, procurement strategy and consultant appointments.
