As a Design Professional III, you’ll serve as a trusted degreed, non-licensed architecture professional, responsible for performing a variety of assignments requiring advanced skills across all conventional areas of practice with minimal supervision.

You’re an experienced D esign Professional II who enjoys both the work and the people behind the work.
This is primarily an office‑based role, with opportunities to get out into the field and stay connected to the projects and people you’re serving. Travel: Up to 15%, including project site visits, client meetings, professional development, and other project‑related activities.
Fieldwork may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, temperatures, construction environments, pollutants, chemicals, insects, and other site conditions. Appropriate protective clothing and equipment will be provided and required as appropriate.
The role also includes periods of desk and computer work, as well as occasional bending, twisting, crouching, and other physical movements. Employees may occasionally need to lift up to 25 pounds.
