You will partner with design, product, and engineering to improve planning, review, and delivery, helping create a sustainable delivery culture that supports great design at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design operations, program management, or cross-functional delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of design workflows, tools, and review processes in digital product environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and drive operational improvements.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and refine processes, workflows, and rituals that connect design strategy to delivery.
• Manage multi-team initiatives, ensuring design work is scoped, aligned, and delivered on time.
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies to keep teams moving forward.
• Work closely with product management, technical program management, and engineering to align planning and execution.
• Maintain schedules and alignment moments to ensure quality and momentum.
• Assist design leadership with prioritization, staffing visibility, and operational readiness.
