You will partner with design, product, and engineering teams to improve how work is planned, reviewed, and delivered, helping foster a healthy, sustainable delivery culture at scale.

The role emphasizes partnering with leaders to prioritize work, improve staffing visibility, and maintain clear communication to keep teams aligned and productive.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or cross-functional delivery supporting design or product teams.
• Strong understanding of design workflows, tools, and review processes in digital product environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and introduce operational improvements.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement and refine operational frameworks that connect design strategy to delivery across teams.
• Lead multi-team initiatives, keeping scope, timing, and dependencies on track.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design to align planning and execution.
• Maintain design review pathways and scheduling from early squad reviews to leadership checkpoints.
• Promote sustainable delivery practices balancing creativity with accountability.
