Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Design Manager – Women’s Apparel to take a lead role in concepting and executing seasonal collections that blend golf functionality with lifestyle appeal. This role is ideal for designers who thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and want to help shape the future of our women’s category.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process for women’s apparel collections
• Interpret seasonal concept development, color palettes, fabric selection, and trend research in alignment with the Malbon aesthetic
• Create detailed tech packs, CADs, and flat sketches for development and production
• Partner with merchandising, product development, and sourcing to ensure commercial viability, quality execution, and on-time delivery
• Balance creative vision with functional design needs
• Attend fittings and work closely with tech teams to refine fit and construction details
• Present design concepts and seasonal direction to internal stakeholders with clarity and purpose
• Maintain a strong pulse on golf culture, streetwear, and the evolving women's activewear market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 5+ years of Professional design experience, including strong work in women’s performance, active, or lifestyle apparel
• Deep understanding of both streetwear and technical performance design principles
• Strong eye for color, fabric innovation, and silhouette
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with PLM systems
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
• Passion for fashion, culture, golf and creating category-defining product

Senior Design Manager – Women’s Apparel will need to work at our Santa Monica office 3 days a week and will report to the Chief Product Officer.
