Job summary

Pride Resource Partners, LLC, a Think Power Solutions Company, is seeking a Senior Design Manager, Asset Management, to lead district design activities and ensure compliance with LAUSD standards and policies. The role coordinates with architects, consultants, and district staff from concept to handoff, driving value within budget and schedule.

A California license or PE registration is highly preferred. The position emphasizes leadership, policy implementation, and collaboration across divisions

Qualifications

• Fifteen years full‑time paid professional experience in facilities design or capital projects.
• Five years with design, planning and construction of K-12 educational facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Valid California Architect license or PE registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the design activities for school upgrade programs and repairs.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and district personnel from conception to handoff.
• Ensure designs meet LAUSD standards and building educational requirements.
• Lead design review processes to maximize value within budget.
• Identify and select architectural firms based on qualifications and performance.
