Gensler is seeking a Senior Design Manager in Las Vegas to lead design projects from conception through post-occupancy, ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance. You will drive sustainability goals, manage teams, and coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and expertise in design technology, with opportunities to grow in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience on design projects.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules and contractual obligations.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
• Experience with the full project lifecycle through post-occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and manage client satisfaction, scope, schedule and budgets.
• Collaborate with Design Managers, Finance, HR and Office Directors.
• Drive sustainability targets and integrate Best Practices across projects.
• Oversee project setup, staffing, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and manage FEES and profitability.
