Job summary

Driven Brands, North America’s leading automotive services company, seeks a Senior Manager, Design for the Take 5 Oil Change group. The role blends brand-building with practical design execution to bring the Take 5 story to life across bay experiences and the customer journey.

You will own signage, retail materials, and pre-opening readiness, while shaping design standards and brand voice. Collaboration with Real Estate, Field Marketing, and Marketing ensures on-brand, scalable results.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or brand experience.
Portfolio showing creative excellence and practical execution.
Hands-on design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Proven ability to write brand-appropriate copy.
Strong understanding of wayfinding, environmental design, and customer flow.

Responsibilities

Own the look, feel, and storytelling across the customer experience from exterior signage to in-bay cues.
Design and produce in-house creative materials including signage, POP, promo kits, templates, and communications.
Coordinate grand opening readiness with Real Estate, Construction, and Field Marketing to ensure on-brand launches.
Develop and maintain Take 5 design standards for wayfinding, typography, and tone.
Write sharp copy reflecting the 'Fast. Friendly. Simple.' brand voice.
