Location: Remote (anywhere in the USA, with approximately 25% domestic travel)

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to join our Design Management team within the North America Places group. The role involves working on diverse projects such as industrial, logistics, data centers, commercial, residential, and social infrastructure developments, among others.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Lead strategic pursuits, develop delivery strategies, and manage financial targets.
• Oversee project controls, resource optimization, and timely service delivery.
• Implement best practices in design delivery, risk, and change management.
• Develop project plans and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience leading large, multi-disciplinary design and engineering projects.
• Strong financial and client management skills.
• Experience with Autodesk platforms like ACC or BIM solutions.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering; certifications such as PE, RA, PMP preferred.
• Practical sustainability experience and urban transformation project background are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $94,944 - $161,405, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, paid leave, and more.
