Haskell's Design & Consulting Team unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals across industries and geographies. Job Responsibilities

• Application of Knowledge: Direct and oversee all aspects of the design effort, ensuring conformance with project criteria and standards.
• Client Management: Act as the primary client interface during design, manage client criteria, and develop future work opportunities.
• Construction Support: Monitor design responses to RFI and submittals, assist in prioritizing responses, and supervise installations and start-up when assigned.
• Change Management: Manage scope changes, document all scope modifications, and assess impacts on schedule and budget.
• Financial Management: Develop and oversee design budgets, fees, and financial performance, including managing outside consultants and project cash flow.
• Scheduling: Develop and coordinate project and design schedules, and ensure schedule compliance.
• Strategy and Leadership: Participate in proposal strategies, marketing, project management policies, and supervise project personnel, ensuring all contractual and project requirements are met.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive design experience, including 5 years as a lead designer and 3 years in design management roles.
• Knowledge of multiple design disciplines or related disciplines with the ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications

• Professional registration (preferred).
• Strong client and change management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design documentation software.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project forecasts.
• Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management practices; PMP certification is a plus.
