Job Description:

Our client is looking to bring on a Senior Manager, Creative AI Specialist – for Design. AI is growing fast, & we’re scaling our team to help enable & accelerate our creative. As a Creative AI Specialist - Design, you’ll help leverage artificial intelligence to create compelling, engaging, & high-quality visual content that resonates with our customers. You'll dive deep into AI capabilities & ways to optimize visual design workflows, working alongside our partners to create & edit visual content using AI tools. You’ll refine AI-generated visual assets to ensure they meet our clients brand visual standards & help develop innovative solutions as new challenges & opportunities arise.

This is a newly created role, and they’re seeking a Design Manager who is genuinely excited about the potential of AI to enhance optimization and streamline processes within content. While deep AI expertise isn’t required, the ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI tools and championing their use across teams.

**PLEASE NOTE: This roleis hybrid, 3 days onsite. You must go in to one the hubs near you, hybrid is a must. Bentonville, AR, Hoboken, NJ, San Bruno, CA, or Los Angeles, CA**

You will make an impact by:

• Leading the implementation & optimization of AI-driven visual assets across multiple channels including site, CRM, paid media, in-store signage, & more.
• Serving as a thought leader to elevate all visual work & ensuring adherence to the brand visual language & style guide across formats & channels.
• Fostering cross-functional relationships with key business partners to create deeper understanding of AI visual design goals, needs, & limitations, as well as building trust & alignment.
• Crafting the prompts that are given to large language and image models to get the optimal visual outputs.
• Owning end-to-end concept development & building strategic visual frameworks that ladder to the brief &/or business objective.
• Experimenting with AI tools & technologies to inform visual design creation.
• Using data-driven insights to inform creative design making.
• Reviewing/editing AI-generated visual assets, adjusting to align with brand visual language & seasonal style guides.
• Translating strategy into meaningful visual creative in multiple channels.
• Demonstrating ability to work with ambiguity & promote continuous learning & improvement.
• Contributing to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects & priorities in a fast-paced & growing segment of business.
• Staying up to date with advancements in AI technology & industry trends to ensure creative innovation in visual design.

Qualifications:

• Portfolio is required (Demonstrating a keen eye for design)
• 8+ years of experience in creative, visual communications &/or marketing execution.
• 5+ years managing visual design in an online creative or digital field. Retail experience is a plus.
• Experience working with AI-powered tools or software for visual content creation or marketing.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant tools.
• Ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to learn and grow in the field of AI-driven design.
