We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager with a strong background in design leadership and project management. This role involves overseeing and guiding the design team to ensure the successful execution of design projects, maintaining high standards of creativity, and aligning design outputs with business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design team, setting design priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive design innovation and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the design team, providing mentorship, direction, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
- Project Management: Oversee the design process for multiple projects, from concept through to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met, and the design output aligns with client or business objectives.
- Design Strategy: Work closely with senior leadership and other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to align design initiatives with overall business goals. Develop and implement design strategies that drive innovation and improve user experiences.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, User Experience Design, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in design management is a plus.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in design, with a focus on design management and leadership. A proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design for both digital and print media.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a team of designers, prioritize tasks, and guide projects from ideation through execution. Strong experience in project management and resource allocation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, senior leadership, and other departments. Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly and persuasively.
