Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
• Experience across UX research and product design
• Portfolio demonstrating craft across TV, mobile, web, and print

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end product design from concept through production-ready specifications for TV (10-ft), mobile, and web platforms
• Translate product requirements and user insights into clear interaction models and polished UI solutions
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Deliver strong visual and interaction craft with attention to motion, layout, and system consistency; apply and contribute to the design system
• Produce detailed design specifications and assets to support efficient engineering implementation
• Design and execute primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including research design, recruiting, interviewing, surveys, analysis, and reporting
• Synthesize primary, secondary, and public research; compare competitor applications and products for actionable insights
• Evaluate new product concepts and UX design documents for usability issues and collaborate with external vendors and peers on research plans
• Develop creative assets aligned with brand guidelines, including logos, banners, video, and motion design for paid media, web, social, and print
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to apply brand guidelines and identities across diverse creative media
• Manage design projects from concept to completion with cohesive assets across platforms, including support for localization of video and graphic content for regional markets
• Utilize AI tools to streamline creative processes and improve efficiency
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, creative directors, and agency partners
