Responsibilities

• Perform complex product development activities including drawing, board layout, and interpretation of customer specifications.
• Provide design support for existing product lines and modifications in production.
• Lead engineering studies and may supervise technical staff.
• Coordinate with production and sales to ensure efficient methods and cost-effective designs.
• Drive packaging improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
