Job summary
Outform Hospitality seeks a Sr. Design Engineer to translate design concepts into production-ready manufacturing packages for luxury hospitality programs. You will lead parametric 3D modeling, BOM creation, and shop drawing packages while guiding fabrication and installation teams.

Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of hands-on design engineering experience in hospitality, luxury interiors, or related fields.
- Expert-level CAD proficiency in SolidWorks or Inventor with working knowledge of Revit for BIM coordination.
Responsibilities
- Technical design, 3D modeling, and CAD leadership for complex multi-material scopes.
- Value engineering and design-for-manufacturing to optimize material yield, lead times, and costs.
- Architectural millwork, ornamental metals, lighting, and solid surfaces integration for production readiness.
- Mockups, factory support, and field coordination to resolve production and installation issues.
