Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required and 5+ years of engineering experience is expected.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must understand cost accounting and lean enterprise concepts.
• Proficiency with Excel and design software tools is required.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage engineering projects by analyzing customer requirements and scheduling work.
• Evaluate mechanical systems and materials through design and testing.
• Develop products and manufacturing processes with focus on cost reduction.
• Ensure quality through testing methods and validation of fabrication and assembly.
