Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in mechanical design/ weapons development.
• Experience leading design, verification, and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, and verification of advanced mechanical systems and weapon subsystems.
• Perform design evaluations and tolerance analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and leadership from concept through prototype.
• Mentor junior engineers and support development milestones.
