Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient with CAD software (Design & Manufacturing)
• Good oral and written skills
• Ability to deal with internal and external customers tactfully and professionally

Responsibilities

• Be creative: innovates departmental processes and/or new products
• Be reliable: complete tasks/projects as required by internal/external customers
• Communicate with various departments and customers (verbal and written)
• Lead the introduction of standard product for distribution and manufacturing
• Lead projects and mentor other design engineers
• Provide training to engineers and support manufacturing as needed
• Record daily activities and manage training tasks
• Other duties as assigned to support company goals
