You will collaborate with manufacturing and sales teams, support product cost targets, and train junior engineers while traveling occasionally for training or trade shows. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external customers are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline or the equivalent in appropriate education and experience as determined by management.
• Proficient with CAD software (Design & Manufacturing disciplines).
• Good oral and written skills; ability to deal with internal and external customers tactfully and professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Define problems and conduct research to analyze criteria and solutions; make decisions.
• Lead projects or portions of projects to support company goals.
• Provide training to engineers and product support.
