Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define requirements and propose alternatives.
• Conduct technical evaluations and report results to customers.
• Read, interpret, and troubleshoot pneumatic and electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot product communication protocols and circuits.
• Record daily activities and support internal/external customers.
• Travel up to 35% for training and customer support.
