Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Experience with modeling tools (CAD, Pro E, or SolidWorks) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and teams to develop innovative solutions for customer needs based on design for manufacture qualifications.
• Provide technical guidance through design and development phases and product launches.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and lower-level designers to establish reliability requirements and facilitate customer adaptation.
• Identify and resolve complex design problems and propose innovative improvements.
