• Drive design activities from concept through delivery to achieve timing, cost, and quality targets.
• Build strong partnerships with customers, suppliers, team members, and process partners to deliver effective solutions.
• Investigate complex design challenges and implement solutions that strengthen product quality and reliability.
• Support product maintenance and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
