• Experience writing proposals to obtain client approval.
• Proven ability to lead design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Experience with Higher Ed, Pharmaceutical, Biopharma & Biotech sectors; consulting background helpful.
• Experience with Revit; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical or mechanical designs, schematics, drawings, and technical docs with a team for bids and construction.
• Define, develop, and confirm project scopes with clients.
• Perform and oversee field surveys, site investigations, and data collection.
• Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and evaluations for project design.
• Research and apply building codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Develop conceptual and detailed design requirements and select components.
• Collaborate to develop construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, teams, and suppliers.
• Develop and review drawings, specs, design packages, and docs.
• Provide field technical support during construction and review submittals.
• Review work for technical accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Communicate technical information effectively with stakeholders.
• Develop relationships with customers for future work.
