Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the development of all-electric aircraft, focusing on design, documentation, and numerical analysis.
• Produce airframe structural layouts, detail designs, and preliminary sizing for composite materials.
• Create and maintain CAD models and drawings, ensuring structural integrity, weight, and cost targets.
• Coordinate manufacturing planning with the team and design mechanical fixtures for implant testing per ASTM F2077-14.
• Use 3D printing (ABS and metal) for prototyping.
• Apply DFM/DFA principles, create install drawings, and use GD&T per ASME standards.
• Conduct First Article Inspections and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.
