Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (ABET accredited).
- PE license preferred, OSHA 10.
- Experience in crane, rigging, or heavy lift industry.
- Strong skills in load calculations and structural steel design.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed design packages with fabrication drawings and calculations.
- Perform steel design and structural analysis.
- Develop 3D models and technical drawings for equipment assemblies.
- Provide on-site technical assistance during lifting operations and review lift plans.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead design reviews.
