Qualifications

• BS in mechanical engineering or related field; 5+ years design engineering experience
• Experience with air compressors or power tools is preferred
• Knowledge of UL 1450 / CSA C22.2 compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop prototypes of air compressors and new products
• Utilize CAD (Creo 3D) to produce components and assemblies
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch
• Analyze prototypes and implement improvements to meet cost targets
• Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, and suppliers to ensure successful scale-up
